Movember

For once, a serious post.

Many of you would know about Movember (those who don't - it's time to get out from under your rock), a month devoted to Merv Hughs and Boonie wannabes growing moes to raise money for Prostate Cancer research and Beyond Blue (to help fight depression)...the entire spiel is on the website (click the first link).

Anyways, being that Loftus is full of heroes, a team has been created by one Mr Marusic, for Loftites and others to join to grow their moustachios and raise money for the Movember beneficiaries. I'm gracefully requesting that if you see either of us around, that you will be kind enough to donate money to the cause (all donations of $2 and more are tax deductable and come with a complimentary reciept!). You can either donate in person w/cash, or online (by entering "Michael Marusic" as the team leader).

I think that not only is this an excellent cause, but also an excellent chance to show the unity that Loftus campus instills in the students (and so on and so forth). If you want to become a team member, let us know, and we'll have it done. One of us will be on campus all week (love STUVAC) so if you see us, through some money our way for this good cause.
